Who we are

This website, KUDLZ, is operated by BNK NANOTECH (GSTIN 27ABEFB4077F1ZI). In this policy, "we" means KUDLZ and its operator. We handle your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, mobile number, email, delivery address and your pet's name, type, breed, age and weight.
• Order details: what you bought, when, and how you paid. We do not store your full card number; payments are handled by our payment partners.
• Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Basic technical data: device and browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

Why we use it

• To take, pack, deliver and support your orders.
• To show you food and care that fits your pet.
• To send order updates, and reminders you ask for (vaccines, deworming, food running out).
• To prevent fraud and keep the site safe.
• To meet our legal duties, such as keeping tax invoices.

Who we share it with

Only with the people who help us do the job: couriers (your name, phone and address, to deliver), payment partners (to process payment), and vets, walkers or groomers you book through Kudlz & Care (only what they need for your booking). We do not sell your personal data.

Stored on your device

The site keeps your bag, wishlist, saved pets and a few display choices in your own browser, so they are still there when you come back. You can see and clear these on the Cookie Settings page.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires. Other data is kept while your account is active, and deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

• Ask what personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or update it.
• Ask us to delete it, where we are not required by law to keep it.
• Withdraw consent for reminders or marketing at any time.
• Raise a grievance (see Grievance Redressal).

Write to support@kudlz.pet for any of these. We reply within a working day and act within the time the law sets.

Children

KUDLZ is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and tell you by email or on the site if the change is significant.
