BengalAbout these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or buy from KUDLZ, operated by BNK NANOTECH (GSTIN 27ABEFB4077F1ZI). By placing an order you agree to them.
Your account
Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
Products and prices
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless shown otherwise.
- We try hard to show every product, pack size and price correctly. If we make a mistake, we will tell you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.
- Product photos are for guidance; packaging can change with the brand.
Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment goes through, or once we confirm a cash on delivery order. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, you get a full refund.
Delivery
Delivery times and charges are on the Shipping page. Delivery dates are estimates; we will keep you updated if a parcel is delayed.
Returns
Our Returns & Exchange page explains what can be returned and how. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Kudlz & Care services
Vets, walkers and groomers booked through KUDLZ are independent professionals. Advice given in a consultation is theirs. In an emergency, go to the nearest vet clinic straight away.
Using the site
Please do not misuse the site: no scraping, no attempts to break in, and no fake orders or reviews. The KUDLZ name, logo, illustrations and content belong to us and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
We are responsible for the products and services we sell you, as the law requires. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, or for delays caused by events outside our control.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please raise any problem with us first (see Grievance Redressal); most things are sorted in a message or two.
